Marketing Specialist

• 1.Assist in establishing the marketing strategy preparation and coordination.
• 2.Implement the product and service positioning and promotional strategies and plans.
• 3.Initiating and managing competitor research and analysis projects.
• 4.Establish accurate market survey and market positioning reports.
• 5.Analysing product costs among the market, through accurate marketing research strategy.

Office Clerk

• 1.Collect, count, and disburse money to and from clients and other institution that the company runs business with.
• 2.Handles any delivery for mails and documents related to the company and any other party the company is doing business with.
• 3.Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints and deliver them to the concerned parties within the company.
• 4.Handles the office needs purchases.
• 5.Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.

Office Manager

• 1.Organizing and maintaining the daily operations of the company office to ensure the smooth work flow and operation in the office.
• 2.Managing, maintaining, dispatching and securing an updated coding and filing systems for all correspondences of the company in the hard and soft format.
• 3.Performing research about any kind of information through the use of telephones, mail, and e-mail related to the activity of the department.
• 4.Establish a schedule for the regular monthly payments and its due dates, concerning electricity, water supplies, sanitary and telephone bills.
• 5.Establishing the consolidated monthly report to be and presenting it to the top management on the 2nd working day of the month.

Senior Sales Executive

• 1.Meeting sales targets as set, by establishing his daily and weekly action plan and reports.
• 2.Maintain up-to-date information about the industry news and trends, products and its latest development and its technologies, services and Competitors.
• 3.Maintain high level of knowledge in security and surveillance systems in order to provide clients with the updated applicable solutions.
• 4.Increase customers' penetration by regular visits to the Key Accounts at headquarters, sites and any other establishments to follow up statuses, opportunities and needs to be fulfilled.
• 5.Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers.
